susana 10 Posted April 21, 2008 I tried this recipe over the weekend and liked it. My son and hubby enjoyed them as well.   Two 6-oz cans water packed tuna, drained and flaked 3 egg whites 3 tablespoons seasoned dried bread crumbs 4 scallions, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons minced parsley Black pepper to taste  In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, egg whites, bread crumbs, scallions/onions, parsley and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.  Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and preheat it. Add the patties and cook until golden brown and heated through (approximately 5 minutes on each side).  Makes 4 patties (3 pts per patty)  I served them with lemon wedges to squeeze on the patty, steamed vegetables and salad.  Hope you like them too. susana 10 Posted April 23, 2008 I made these last night with salmon and it was really tasty, but instead of 4 patties I made 6 and according to my calculations it was 2 pts per patty.  Susana
