Almost Alfredo Sauce

Yield: 2 1/2 c.

Core or 2 pts per 1/2 cup


1/2 cup evap nf milk

3/4 c grated nf parmesan

1/8 tsp white pepper

pinch nutmeg

2 c nf milk


1. Place the evap milk, parm, pepper, and nutmeg in a small bowl, and stir to mix well. Set aside.

2. Place the milk in a 1 1/2 qt. pot, and bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring constantly. Add the evap milk mixture to the pot, and cook, still stirring, for 2 min or until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.Add a little more milk if the sauce seems too thick.
