I'm here! A little late in the week, but here.

 

My plan is as follows: I will be doing walking 5 days a week. This maybe outside, to a WATP, or on the treadmill my mother is giving me.

 

Two days a week I will be doing a C & S or S from the Firm. That's my plan until I get some weight off.

I'm a long time FIRMie and I'd love to join you. I am currently doing The FIRM 6 times a week using older Classic FIRMS and newer shorter ones for cardio and extra ab work. Since I restarted WW in January along with FIRMing, I'm down one full size in both pants and blouses.

 

Here's my schedule for the week:

S - Rest

M - Bootcamp 3-in-1 (all 70 minutes) - DONE

T - Cardio Sculpt Blaster and Jiggle Free Abs - DONE

W - Super Cardio Mix - DONE

Th - Cardio Overdrive Express and Core Solutions

F - FIRM Strength

S - Rest

S - Volume 2 - Low Impact Aerobics

Thanks for the welcome Joanne...

 

I had to take a rest day yesterday. I have been having some knee pain from all of the hi impact FIRMs I've been doing lately.

 

Today I did FIRM Strength and it kicked my butt :bcb_huh: I'm trying to increase the weights on all upper body moves (from 10s and 12s to 15's and 20's) and those increases are no joke. I made it through them all but I bet I'll be good and sore tomorrow.

I'm recovering from some minor work. I had a mole removed, and I have stitches, and where it was makes it hard to work out. I'm not allowed to swim either, of course. It seems so minor, but I'm now wearing sports bras when doing nothing. I don't want to bounce. At all. (p. s. The pathology reports are in and it was benign. Thank goodness.)

 

Next week starts the summer fitness challenge at work. I'm in, and I'll be back.

Stitches come out Monday.

 

DJ, might have wanted to go from 10s and 12s to 12s and 15s ... one step at a time ... yes those increases are no joke. But if you can do half the reps you'll be OK. I love the FIRM. You can't outgrow it. You can just earn heavier weights.
