Hi Charmed, you could try the 50+ group or any of the groups by age or by interest--browse around and see where you want to be! We're all friendly and this group's collective knowledge is amazing!

I second the advice for looking into the 50+ group. You might try "basing" yourself at a couple of groups and see how things settle in. Everyone is very welcoming, and there's lots of options. Good luck and hope to see you around!

Hi , My name is Anna. I am 40 years old and am starting the weight watchers flex at home deluxe plan . My daughter in law lost in 6 months alot of weight . She was 201 and now is 145. I need to lose for my health and for me . I like to use the stationary bike , but will alternate with video they give me in my kit.. I look forward to meeting people here.
