Sweet and Sour Chicken Salad

Serving Size: 6 (3 oz. chicken)

6 points per serving

 

Salad

18 oz. boneless, skinless cooked chicken breast, cut into 2-inch cubes

1-1/2 cups diagonally sliced celery

1 cup fresh sbow peas, trimmed

1/2 cups diced red pepper

1 cup diced, unpeeled Gala apples

 

Dressing

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup canola oil

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp celery seeds

Fresh ground pepper and salt

 

Combine all salad ingredients.Whisk together the

dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the

salad and serve.
