Recommended Posts

I found this recipe on Recipezaar and wanted to share it. I know one of the hardest things for me on this plan is finding low point meals that taste good, no I mean they have to taste GOOD.

This one does. :bcb_up I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

Bacon-Wrapped Rosemary Chicken/4.6pts per serving.

35 min/5 min prep

Serves 6

2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

2. Cut chicken breasts into 4-6 oz. pieces.

3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

4. Place 2-3 slices of bacon on top of each piece of chicken.

5. Sprinkle with rosemary.

6. Roast for 15 minutes at 425.
