Exercise-- No Matter What-- Friday, September 26th!

I got in over 2 miles with the cross-country running team this morning, then over 6 miles walking in the park with my mom. I tweaked my back a bit at practice so I'll stretch it out at Kundalini yoga tonight!

50 minutes deep water workout (on my own) :salut!

 

WOW, it's hard to keep my heart rate up in water when I'm not actually TEACHING a class...for anyone using swimming as their exercise, be careful not to OVERESTIMATE your APs, it is VERY EASY to do so...and I highly recommend using a HRM!!!!
