Level of Difficulty: Easy Ingredients 16 oz cooked extra lean ground beef 1 cup onions, chopped 4 cups green cabbage 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 cup instant brown rice 6 oz canned tomato paste 15 oz canned diced tomatoes 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp table salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 cup water Instructions Brown beef and onion in skillet, drain well. Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover, cook on low for 4-5 hours.
