Recommended Posts

I have not quite figured out (still working on it) figuring out the points, and this is what I am making for dinner tonight. Could someone please help me try to figure out how many points 1 serving of this would be Thanks in advance

Oh and the only change I am making is the chicken is bonless skinless breast meat.

  • 1 (3 pound) chicken - cooked, deboned and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas

The way I would figure it out is to calculate the points for each ingredient, add that together, then divide by the number of servings.

This is definately where E-Tools on WW comes in really handy. They have a recipe builder so you can enter all of your ingredients and it automatically tally's your points for you.

Otherwise, yes, figure out the points for each item and divide by number of servings.
