1 point per serving?

Is that right?

Without the sugar, the recipe seems to be Simply Filling but I count it as 5pts/cup on Momentum.

Since the nutritional information provided is for the ENTIRE recipe, I count it as one point per cup. I don't know about how momentum points calculation though.

ok...if that nutritional info is for the entire recipe, it does come out to 1 point per cup...but that seems AWFULLY LOW for anything that contains ground beef. Maybe the fiber in the beans lowers the points?

are you SURE the nutritional value is for the whole thing and not just one serving???????????

This would be a disaster otherwise!

I added these ingredients into the WW recipe builder. The nutritional information given in the original post is totally wrong.

The entire recipe has 29 points. But, if you divide it up to 6 servings WW recipe builder says it's 4 points a serving.

That sounds right - 4 points. There is no way this chili is 1 point per cup when the veggie chili that has no meat is 1 point. It actually sounds like this person is only counting points for the beef and not the rest.

This sounds like a good chilli. I'm going to omit the sugar and it will be sifi. Thank you for the recipe Susana.
