AngieCatLVR 10 Posted October 28, 2008 I bought a pound of imitation crab meat and then realized I had no idea what to do with it!  I found a recipe online, changed a bit of the seasoning and measurements, and added some mushrooms. DF totally snarfed it!!!   Crab Casserole  1 lb crab meat (I used imitation) 5 cups cooked pasta 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1.5 cups of frozen peas 1 can of mushrooms ½ tsp garlic salt ½ tsp onion powder Dash of pepper 1¼ cup of non fat milk ½ cup of breadcrumbs, 10 or so sprays of ICBIN Butter spray mixed in 1 tsp Evoo   Cook pasta w/ tsp oil and pinch of salt Drain and rinse and pour into greased baking dish Set aside In same pot mix crab meat, soup, peas, mushrooms, salt, onion power, garlic salt, pepper and milk, cook on medium-high for about 15 minutes or until peas are cooked through Pour this mixture over pasta in the baking dish Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs on top Bake on 350 for 20 minutes Enjoy  Personally I ran the ingredient through the recipe calculator and came up with: 6 servings – 8 points a serving    *don't mind the ugly foil - it's a super old baking pan hehe Angela
