Crab Casserole

I bought a pound of imitation crab meat and then realized I had no idea what to do with it!


I found a recipe online, changed a bit of the seasoning and measurements, and added some mushrooms. DF totally snarfed it!!!



Crab Casserole


1 lb crab meat (I used imitation)

5 cups cooked pasta

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1.5 cups of frozen peas

1 can of mushrooms

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp onion powder

Dash of pepper

1¼ cup of non fat milk

½ cup of breadcrumbs, 10 or so sprays of ICBIN Butter spray mixed in

1 tsp Evoo



  • Cook pasta w/ tsp oil and pinch of salt
  • Drain and rinse and pour into greased baking dish
  • Set aside
  • In same pot mix crab meat, soup, peas, mushrooms, salt, onion power, garlic salt, pepper and milk, cook on medium-high for about 15 minutes or until peas are cooked through
  • Pour this mixture over pasta in the baking dish
  • Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs on top
  • Bake on 350 for 20 minutes
  • Enjoy :)


Personally I ran the ingredient through the recipe calculator and came up with:

6 servings – 8 points a serving





*don't mind the ugly foil - it's a super old baking pan hehe
