Tuna Rice Casserole

Points/Serving: 5.5



12 oz tuna, drained

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 cup rice, uncooked

10.75 oz Great Value Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup 98% Fat Free

salt and pepper

1/2 cup sour cream

15 oz can asparagus spears, drained

1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese



1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Cook rice.

3. Combine tuna, rice, pepper, onion, soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and spoon into a greased shallow 2 quart casserole dish.

4. Lay asparagus spears across the entire top of the casserole amd sprinkle with cheese.

5. Bake about 30 minutes.

Would this work for canned white meat chicken in place of tuna?

I was wondering if using brown rice and ff sour cream would reduce the points at all??
