hhkk33 10 Posted November 17, 2008 Servings: 3 Points/Serving: 2  *Serving size depends on the size of the bread you put it on. I put it on regular sandwich bread and the servings were a little large for the bread.  Ingredients 15.5 oz garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 2 tbs fat free sour cream 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried dill weed salt and pepper to taste  Directions 1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. 2. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. 3. Mix in green pepper, onion, sour cream (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
