Mickee 10 Posted December 11, 2008 Hello! I just created my first lettuce wrap. I was very resistant to doing so for some reason but found it very filling and a nice change of pace. I just wondered if anyone would like to post different items you have put in a lettuce wrap. Here is mine. Black forest ham (1) 2% swiss cheese (2) Next time would use a half a slice. Onion Avocado Carrot shreds 2 lettuce leaves So a total of 3 points which next time I could shave down to 2, but still worth the 3 points, all in all. What have you created for a lettuce wrap? Blackbeard 10 Posted December 11, 2008 Sounds good, but are you sure you got the points right? I think the Kraft 2% singles are only one point. 50 cal, 2.5 fat.  Have you tried the precooked chicken breast chunks? You could either get the preseasoned ones (I like southwest), or get plain ones and add some hot sauce for a buffalo chicken wrap. Add a little low-fat blue cheese dressing, and maybe celery chunks? Mickee 10 Posted December 11, 2008 I went back to check the points on the swiss cheese but yes it is right. This is Kraft Deli Frsh Narural Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese - made with 2% milk. It has no added growth hormones. It is in a plastic container hanging in the refridgerated section with the lunchmeats. It is not the one in the plastic wrap. So the numbers on this are as follows: Calories: 70 Fat: 4.5 Fiber: 0 Points: 2 I try to read labels and go more by ingredients or lack of them more than just go by the numbers. Sorry if it was confusing. Never give up or look back,   Mickee     HW: 238 WW: 8/18/06--210  GOAL:

Guest GrandmaLaura57 Posted December 12, 2008 The possibilities are endless with something like this, even for us "non-corebies"!! Â I incorporate a lot of Core foods into my plan, so I like new ideas!! Â Thanks!!
