"Here it is in a nutshell. The new Momentum is the old flex with an emphasis on filling foods.

 

Filling foods are basically core foods plus there are three additional categories (things that aren't technically filling).

 

Simply filling technique (introduced in week 6) is the old core.

 

Bottom line, keep on doing what you've been doing.

 

If you were struggling with core, consider counting points....even if you don't count ALL day or stop at your target (that last part being MY advice not WW)...

When I look at your post, Carol, I just have to chuckle. How many of us got upset wondering what may be changing with WW? :bcb_worry What stress we went through thinking about the future! bcb_sad And reality: Simple changes and name changes. :bcb_blush We can deal with this! :bcb_up
