carma 10 Posted January 14, 2009 Does anyone know what the point count is for the sf french vanilla cappuccinos you buy at the gas stations?
WendyG 10 Posted January 15, 2009 Might want to check Starbucks site as you can customize. Should be close
RedLeslie 10 Posted January 15, 2009 The convenience store cappuccino is made with water. I would think the points value would be similar to those for International Coffees. Smoke free since 11/15/
Guest mom2twingems Posted January 18, 2009 Just be careful though because some sf products do have more fat to make up for the taste.  I used to buy the international foods sf and for a serving size 1 or 2 T had 2.5g of fat  They no longer make the sf and fat free powder
kristen_a_gilbert 10 Posted January 18, 2009 I agree with Stephanie, I have a feeling that will actually be quite high in fat 2.5 to about 4 grams of fat per 10-12 oz I would be that a 20oz would still have at least 3 pts maybe even 5. Guest mm.bentley Posted January 30, 2009 go for starbucks or some other place that offers customizable esspresso drinks. at least for starbucks, sugar-free syrups are 0 pts. as well as espresso. so, you're only counting points for the milk!!
