RobinInMaine 10 Posted March 21, 2009 Taco Stew  3 cans (16 oz) red kidney beans (rinsed) 1 can (10 oz) petite diced tomatoes with green chiles 1 can (10 oz) whole kernel corn 1 can (16 oz) tomato sauce 1 1/2 cups water 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 pkg ranch dip mix 1 pound lean ground meat - cooked  Mix all ingredients in pot, simmer for 20 minutes or cook in slow cooker a few hours. Makes a big batch, entire batch is around 20 pts....only a few pts/bowl. Stir in 2 T lite sour cream for a nice creamy stew.
