TracyD 0 Posted May 22, 2009 They're large, (I'm guessing New York style bagels)... sesame. I misplaced my book, so I'm coming to buds to check on the points... wanna be honest in my accounting!  TracyD HW/SW: 253.2 (6/15/10) CW: 195.8 WI Tuesday mornings  My goal 10,000 fitness minutes in 2011. purpleangel 0 Posted May 22, 2009 A Dunkin' Donuts sesame bagel is 7 pts., so I would imagine it would be at least that many points. Darlene  Do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest. ~ unknown  RESTART 8/25/2012
TracyD 0 Posted May 22, 2009 Thanks! I had 1/2 of the bagel (no cream cheese) for breakfast... so I think I'll count 4 pts to be on the safe side.  TracyD HW/SW: 253.2 (6/15/10) CW: 195.8 WI Tuesday mornings  My goal 10,000 fitness minutes in 2011.
tinka 11 Posted June 9, 2009 That sounds about right. I picked up a bag of 'yesterday's bagels' at the bagel shop today. Before I freeze them, I will slice each bagel in three pieces. So each slice is about 2 points. I take the frozen slice and since it is fairly thin, it only takes 1 time in the toaster. Since I have issues with butter, I put some Laughing Cow cheese on it for another point. Yummy.
