45 minute FAST WALK with DH and Ddog, arms pumping.

 

5,000 steps on pedometer. :salut

Firm Parts Classic: Not So Tough Aerobics 40 minutes

 

(I'm wondering what their definition of "tough" aerobics is if this one isn't tough! :bcb_grin )

100 minutes of biking (with DH to the car dealership to pick up the car this morning and then with DH to go to the doctor this afternoon) and then a 2 mile walk (picking up the kids from school)!

 

Yesterday we did a 45 minute family bike ride to the Bulk Barn as well as the 8 miles of walking DH & I did through the day!

1 hr hike w. DH and DPup, lovely springtime....

30 minute brisk walk after dinner. Total activity for the day 1 hour, 10 minutes.
