I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill, and did the HPFitness weight routine for 30 minutes as well

Upper and lower body strength: :strong:


25 minutes on elliptical: couldn't do HII because my heart started flip-flopping! :bcb_worry:bcb_huh:


Also noticed that when I breathe in: 1-2-3-4, and then breathe out 1-2-3-4 my heart rate drops a few...I think my heart likes deep breathing! :bcb_happy
