On-Program Evening Check-In: ~~July~~

IF you are a Buddy who remained ON-PROGRAM today, using a reliable method to count-and-use your WAPs/APs, and followed Simply Filling or counting points (or any WW program), please check-in at the end of each day this week and share your success with your Buddies.:salut:bcb_bigsm

 

IF you met ALL 9 Good Health Guidelines, too, be sure and mention that...for extra credit (aka POP)!:bcb_grin

I wish I could have been POP yesterday but I made some salmon for me for this weekend and had a few BLTs of that while it was cooling. I know it's not donuts (darn it) but it shows on the scale. Still below goal but a rise all the same. Today will be better. I promise me.

Lynn I had the points in spades but am working on the BLTs so consider it not a great day for me. The scale went up and I know that'll be gone but I am watching and trying to get lifetime under my belt.

Did fine today. Ate only half my dinner. I got the sigh and stopped. CORE works so well for me. DS Leaves for grad school residency in Maine tonight and that will bring up a lot of anxieties in me, him flying with peanut allergies. But he's handled the whole thing fine and is prepared and anxiety will not make me eat. I'm stronger than that. I'll miss him for the 2 weeks though.
