Leesa68 10 Posted August 4, 2009 I really love all things pizza but I hate that it is so unhealthy. I bought a recipe book titled Pizza Anytime (America's Favorite Food Made Easy, Delicious and Healthy) and have tried most of these and they are really yummy. Just wanted to share with any fellow pizza/pizza dish lovers out there!  Creamy Pizza Bake (Serves 4) 6 points  8 ounces of extra-lean ground beef or turkey 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained 1/2 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon pizza or italian seasoning 1 1/2 cups cooked rotini pasta, rinsed and drained 4 (3/4 ounce) slices reduced-fat mozzarella cheese  Hint: Usually 1 1/2 cups uncooked rotini pasta cooks to about 2 1/4 cups  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with cooking oil spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in mushroom soup, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and pizza/italian seasoning. Continue cooking until cheese is melted, stirring often. Add rotini pasta and mix well to combine. Evenly spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Arrange mozzarella slices evenly over top. Continue baking for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.
