7th Week Weigh-In

Recommended Posts

This week I chose to celebrate DH's b'day party (non-maximum weight loss), so I chose to:

1) gain weight

2) feel sick

Luckily it was only 1-out-of-2. I felt sick :bcb_sick:(from indulging in the Cashew Cream). It was plant-fat, but my stomach reminded me that it was unhappy...:bcb_cry: after all those weeks of no fat.

Luckily, I lost .9 pound last week. :salut

I am now .2 under goal.

So, 7 weeks total = 8.7 pounds. :salut

May you be happy. May you be well. May you be free from suffering.

See how aware you are of your choices, that is wonderful! You made yourself sick but you will never do that again. If you do, you will not beat yourself up over it. Judy:salut

Actually I didn't know it would make me sick! :bcb_up (But McD says if you feast, you choose to: gain weight, feel sick.) It was about 1/4 C.

But it was ve-ry rich.

I'm not beating myself up because it was a choice. I've chosen DH and my b'days and Thanksgiving and Christmas as special occasions. :salut

No beating myself up, at all. :bcb_smile Thanks, Judy ~

Good Carol. I agree with you about making choices. Life is too short to be perfect :bcb_grin Judy

:bcb_bigsm LOL, Judy.

When the kids were little I'd say, "Practice makes better!" :salut:bcb_smile
