40 min on the elliptical, burned 320 calories according to HRM

 

Also went on walk with DH after dinner, just a 1.5 mile walk from home to my parents and back

I got one of those big (55cm) exercise balls today because at PT yesterday we were working on me KNEELING on one and balancing, NO HANDS!!!!:bcb_worry Well, you just can't give me that kind of CHALLENGE without making me want to work REALLY HARD on it! So I decided to get my OWN ball and practice at HOME! Which is what I've been doing and I'm getting pretty good at it!

 

I also did some of my other PT exercises and I've worked up QUITE a sweat!
