Guest KyGuY Posted January 3, 2010 Hi all, Â Can anyone tell me where fish oil fits with WW? Two fish oil supplements equal 25 calories and 1200 mg of oil. Does this count as 1 point and 1 of your daily oil requirement? Â Thanks.
petite2be 10 Posted January 3, 2010 Unless WW has changed this requirement recently (I didn't have a meeting the last few weeks), fish oil capsules do NOT count toward the Good Health Guideline. The oil has to be liquid. Lisa SW 311.2, CW 168.4 Total lost 142.8 5'1"
Guest KyGuY Posted January 3, 2010 Oil is liquid and Fish oil is a liquid inside a capsule which disolves.
plcm111195 0 Posted January 3, 2010 From the WW web site: Why is 2 tsp of oil each day recommended for both the Core Plan and the Flex Plan? The oils - olive, canola, safflower, sunflower, or flaxseed oil – are recommended as they are a good source of essential fatty acids and Vitamin E. The inclusion of 2 tsp per day helps ensure that these nutritional needs are met. Oil capsules, vitamin E supplements, or seeds (flaxseeds) cannot be substituted. While those on the Core Plan should include 2 tsp of oil each day, those on the Flex Plan will need to count 2 tsp of the recommended oils as part of their weekly POINTS Allowance. QuilterInVA 0 Posted January 3, 2010 There isn't a teaspoon of oil in that. Take a capsule apart and measure it. If it isn't on the list it doesn't count. Susan

356/155/166 Â Success comes in cans; failure comes in can'ts.
