Firm Super Cardio: 31 minutes Yay!

 

If I just keep going for "just 5 more minutes" I'll be able to complete the entire video before long!

45 minute walk/run with DH and Ddog...the river is beautiful, full and wide...FEEL GOOD AFTER!:bcb_happy

Dr. Julie,

I think you have a good idea of adding 5 min to the video. Small steps will get you there.

 

I'm having to work back into what I was able to do last year. If I push my body to much it rebels and it just sets me back.
