D: don't know, going to a potluck so I'll have salad (bringing a little container of evoo and vinegar) and whatever looks best point-wise (Edited to add that I know I will eat what I'm bringing!!! KellBell 0 Posted January 19, 2010 this is my planned menu for today - eating my breakfast right now  B- muesli (this is so yummy!- recipe below) L-split pea & ham soup, carrot & celery sticks dunked in ff ranch dressing S-popcorn D-pork chops - baked with barbeque sauce (count wpa's), corn on the cob, cauliflower S-popcorn or some muesli, probably the latter  Recipe for muesli -  1 quart ff plain yogurt 1 pkt ff/sf instant cheesecake pudding mix 1 small bag of frozen strawberries 2 tbsp vanilla extract 2 cups oatmeal (uncooked), use old fashioned or steel cut couple packets of splenda (to taste) mix all of this really well. Refrigerate overnight. You can vary the fruit, next time I am going to try a bag of mixed berries. There are lots of variations on this, I made it with what I had on hand and it turned out really good.
