SPECIALKK 10 Posted April 15, 2007 This was soooo good. Dh and ds liked it too. If there are any leftovers it would be great for lunch at work! I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there's only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am. Kristale 10 Posted April 16, 2007 Wow, I love this recipe and so does my DBF. I usually use turkey pepperoni but I tried it with Boca crumbles and it was wonderful. I topped it with green pepper & onion and mushrooms. My BF didn't know it wasn't beef until after he was finished and I told him. It was so much more filling!! Love this recipe! Erlas 10 Posted August 26, 2007 I am making this tonight  On accident I bought the pizza crust that is 33% bigger duhh....So I am going to use my 10.5 x 14.75 pan, ground beef, Prego sauce (1/2 c=1 pt), ff mozz, onion, garlic, peppers. Once I figure out the points and how many pieces this will make I will post the results. Can't wait...

crstlm3 10 Posted February 9, 2008 Tried it and it was good. Needs more cheese. I guess I will have to add the points for more cheese. I added mushrooms. Tasted great!! Aim_is_my_name 0 Posted March 6, 2008 I made this last night and used Hunt's tomato sauce for pizza. It was in the back of my cupboard and didn't have a date on it so I don't know if they still make it but it was chunky and yummy. ~~~Aimee~~~ Â Started WW on 1/16/08 and took time off to have a baby in 2010 SW 285.6/Lowest weight 230.4/CW 255.4/Next goal 230 "If I was smarter than the program, I wouldn't need the program" ~CW "Don't stuff your face, face your stuff!" ~Amy, the best leader EVER! So, I make it with the Reduced Fat Cresent Rolls instead and it is really good. It is a little harder to press out because you have to press together each perforation line as you spead it out. I usually make this most Friday nights and DH and DS don't even know that I use the boca crumbles instead of beef! It is really quick and easy! baskin 10 Posted April 22, 2008 Made this again last night and it was fab! DH loved it too! Used 99% lean turkey and added chopped onion, minced garlic, and 1t italian seasoning. Had the same problem w/dough that was 33% larger. Didn't point it out, but made 6 servings and counted them as 8 points just to be on the safe side. Â FYI-don't forget to spray the dish before putting the dough it (like I did the first time), it makes a big difference! B. Â

Blackbeard 10 Posted November 14, 2008 Hold the phone, people! I think our point totals were fudged a bit. Here's my tally per serving:  2.7 oz ground beef, 95% fat free (103 cal, 4 fat) 2.5 oz tomato sauce (50 cal, 1.5 fat, 1.5 fiber) 1.6 oz pizza dough (114 cal, 1.5 fat, 0.5 fiber) Cooking spray (5 cal) 1 oz mozzarella, part skim (86 cal, 6 fat)  Totals (358 cal, 13 fat, 2 fiber) POINTS = 8  Even if you drain off ALL of the fat from the beef it's still 8 points. one.last.time 10 Posted November 20, 2008 I tried this tonight and it was yummy. A nice big serving. I cut back on the meat though, added some green pepper, onion, and garlic. I think next time I'd skip the cheese on the crust because I didn't really notice it and would rather spread more on the top. Â My husband (a non-WWer) enjoyed it as well. ~ Stacey

Laurdee 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Here are the stats from the original recipe as posted (from Cooking Light magazine): Calories: 277 Fat:7.7 Fiber:1.6 Which comes out to 6 pts. Guest TryingWW Posted November 25, 2008 Lauradee, Â I think Blackbeard is saying that the original stats are incorrect. Just because Cooking Light says it is xxx calories doesn't mean that it really is. I have found numerous recipes, especially those given by leaders at WW meetings, to be incorrect when you actually do the math. Also, if you read the labels, most ground turkey actually has more calories/fat than beef. Â I've been burned by that several times when I got home and actually read the NI. allibee 10 Posted December 12, 2008 I tried this recepie last night and it was pretty good. I think it would be good with some cut up onions or something to spice it up a little bit. Guest mom2twingems Posted February 19, 2009 I loved this!!! Â I made this and put it all into the WW recipe builder and it came out to be 6 points. Â I used 4% ground beef and for the sauce I used 1 c pizza sauce and 1 15oz can of drained italian diced tomatoes. I topped it with mushrooms and onions. I put 1 c of WW cheese on the bottom and about 1c of WW cheese on the top. Â 6 serving at 6 points.
