I'm not sure, but it may be similar?

 

Greek Chicken with Lemon Couscous 8 Points

 

From WW Quick, Light and Healthy cookbook

 

SERVES 4

 

Ingredients

 

Directions

 

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
  2. Place chicken on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 12 minutes or until done, turning once.
  3. Meanwhile, combine broth and next 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, and stir in couscous.
  4. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and couscous is tender. Spoon couscous evenly on to 4 serving plates; top each serving with a chicken brest half. If desired, garnish with lemon slices and oregano sprigs.

Greek Cinnamon Chicken

 

1 T olive oil

2 onions, chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

Six 4-oz skinless chicken thighs

One 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (no salt added)

1/4 C dry white wine

2 bay leaves

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 t ground cinnamon

1/2 t coarsely ground black pepper

1/4 t salt

6 C hot cooked couscous

 

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet, add onions & garlic, cook stirring as needed till softened.

 

Add chicken, tomatoes, wine, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, pepper & salt; bring to a boil.

 

Reduce heat & simmer covered stirring as needed till chicken is cooked through, abt 30 minutes.

 

Discard bay leaves & cinnamon stick.

 

Serve couscous topped with chicken & sauce.

 

Makes 6 servings, 8pts each.
