purpleangel 0 Posted March 15, 2010 I've made the switch to Greek yogurt and I now can't stand the taste of anything but Greek yogurt. I eat the Chobani brand, but it's 3 pts. for 6 oz.! Can anyone recommend a good low point Greek yogurt?  TIA Darlene  Do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest. ~ unknown  RESTART 8/25/2012
Tammy03 10 Posted March 20, 2010 Hi Darlene, Have you tried adding one part greek yogurt and a low fat vanilla to dilute it a bit and save on calories? Meanwhile, I will check around.... SW 160 GW 145 CW 156....down 2 pounds....May
plcm111195 0 Posted March 20, 2010 Have you tried the plain? It's only 1 point for 4 oz. I get the Fage 0 and add my own sweetener and flavorings. If you're not into Splenda you could add some jam for a point and have a nice treat for 2 points. Ginaki 0 Posted March 29, 2010 You can also make tzatziki - Greek yogurt dip. Grate a cucumber (peeled) squeeze out as much water as possible - add cucumber, a clove of minced garlic and some dill to the yogurt.
