This is totally cool. You are quite the organizer. Very nice.

Update for me: Sunday (40) walking. Monday (45) Curves. Tuesday (40) C25K. Planning on crunches after work. I was too pooped after the run this morning. So I'm at 125 minutes of my 300 and no crunches.

Well started off well Sunday husband and I walked in the park for about 20 minutes. Later in the day I did 26 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill.

Monday: the job I do is physcial so took a rest day.

Tuesday: Home from work today after ripping my adhesions, but will try to get in some form of exercise today.

Ok...challengers, so far so good. Now what I need from you is a weekly summary of your progress toward your goals. If I try to add up everyone's progress little by little, it's make me crazy. You do the bookwork each week, I'll keep track of the posting. OK? If you have questions, just pm me. I know it's confusing when you're new.

My May goals are:

1) Stay OP, 2) journal (on Monday I started WW On-line and I will log in every day use the tracker) exercise at least 5 days for 30 minutes.

So far, all is going well. I just need to take it one day at a time. The weekends are my most challenging times so I need to really stay focused this coming weekend.

Have a great day buddies.

Hi Everyone, Well today I was going to walk on the treadmill, but husband and I mowed the lawn. So that was 60 minutes of some form of exercise. Eating has been good.

Goal for May - lose 6 pounds

Exercise - 30 minutes a day 5 out of 7

WI is on Monday so I will not have a total for Saturday for weight loss - exercise I will though.

Doing good with my goals so far. :jump_jack Have been OP all week and have journeled with WW online (I'm really liking WW On-line). I've worked out Sun, Mon & Wed and plan on working out Friday & Saturday to make my 5 for the week! I hope everyone else is doing good too!
