Plum tomato, red onion and Gorgonzola cheese pizza

I made this using the 1 pt. per slice bran bread recipe for the pizza crust. The dough is 12 pts. I rolled it out to fit a jelly roll pan, baked it 10 min. at 425. Cover crust with thinly sliced plum tomatoes, red onion and crumble on Gorgonzola. I used 4 oz. for another 12 pts. Bake about 8-10 min. more until cheese melts. You can hit it with the broiler for a couple of min. if you want. If you cut it into 6 pcs., its 4 pts. each. 8 pcs. would be 3 pts. each. It's very tasty.

OH MY GOD, this sounds good!!! I absolutely LOVE gorgonzola cheese and anything that goes along with it! I'm thinking I'll try it this weekend -- thanks for the recipe!
