brandeeeee 10 Posted July 27, 2010 Does anyone have a list of approved "free" condiments for SFT? I tried to search and couldn't find anything. Â Â ~Brandy Brandy, 29 years old, 5'7" Â sw: 223 cw: 192 gw:
wwlynn 11 Posted July 27, 2010 Brandy, Basically anything that was a core food condiment before is a no count condiment on SFT. One semantic difference between core and SFT is that WW just can't call something "core" if it isn't actually "filling", so there are filling foods and the "three additional categories" of no count foods on SFT--beverages, healthy oils (first two teaspoons) and condiments and seasonings. Basically all the condiments and seasonings that used to be core are included, SO if you look at the sticky above that has the list of core foods (not the filling foods one) you will have the list.  Hope that helps! wwlynn 11 Posted July 27, 2010 Also checked on the official WW site and barbecue sauce is NOT marked a filling food. Like I said before, probably very few if any points per serving though and you could MAKE a filling foods barbecue sauce. You might want to check the SiFi Recipe Board. I'm not a big barbecue sauce fan! Lynn  I bike for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
brandeeeee 10 Posted July 27, 2010 Thanks for the information. I want to cook some chicken in the crock pot with the sauce on. I think it would be hard to judge just how much I did eat in one sitting. I will look for a SiFi recipe instead. Thanks! Kait617 10 Posted July 28, 2010 There is a good BBQ-esq recipe that calls for salsa/ketchup, diet soda, and chicken. If you google "Cola Chicken Crockpot" it should pop up a recipe. DH and I make it all the time! Lifetime as of November 21, 2005 & getting back to goal! Â HW - 185 GW - 145 CW -
