Minor relapse of illness...

 

Classic Firm Parts Workout: Not So Tough Aerobics: 5 pound weights; 40 minutes

 

This was tough for me to get through...I'm not sure how successful I would have been if I'd tried to do my usual Super Cardio workout.


Note: I follow the Winning Points program :salut

Good Morning SiFi Athletes !!!

Sorry to have been AWOL for so long from posting. After my very active vacation at the end of September, I came home with company in October and my "activity mode" shut down. I only earned 3 AP's last week :bcb_blush !!! Hoping to "kick things up a notch", as tolerated. My left knee has been bothering me since Friday night.........so I will be taking it easy.

Today's planned activity will be a long walk to the lake and home again. Afterall, we are having warm temps and lots of sunshine for this Thanksgiving Day weekend. Figure I better get on out and enjoy the weather, before the snow starts to fly !!! (Afterall..........I guess that will be next on the agenda :bcb_grrrr !!).

I'll check in later after my walk

10/8 I did my PT routine before driving down to MD for my big ride with the team. 100+ miles on saturday and then another 25 on Sunday!
