The Rollercoaster Stops He 0 Posted October 10, 2010 Good Morning SiFi Athletes !!! Sorry to have been AWOL for so long from posting. After my very active vacation at the end of September, I came home with company in October and my "activity mode" shut down. I only earned 3 AP's last week !!! Hoping to "kick things up a notch", as tolerated. My left knee has been bothering me since Friday night.........so I will be taking it easy. Today's planned activity will be a long walk to the lake and home again. Afterall, we are having warm temps and lots of sunshine for this Thanksgiving Day weekend. Figure I better get on out and enjoy the weather, before the snow starts to fly !!! (Afterall..........I guess that will be next on the agenda !!).
