Okay, here are my fantasies:

  1. Ice cream is a milk serving
  2. Wine is a fruit
  3. You could get Activity Points for just getting out of bed in the morning

Bread & butter would be 0.

Cashews are a big thing for me too. I've had a BIG can, unopened, sitting on the pantry shelf since just before I started WW. Just recently I moved them into the "other room" where DH keeps his snacks, less temptation to open it. I would still see it when I was cleaning or passing through, but I still resisted the temptation. Then, over the weekend I saw him sit it out on the table with some other things he was going to take to work. Whew, they are now gone!

Dandy, my dh buys cashews for cooking (and always buys more than he needs), then wonders why they disappear so quickly. :bcb_grin

Almonds and peanuts are more of a fav of mine, so it would be glorious if they were free. Don't almonds contain healthy fats? LOL

Many nuts definitely contain healthy fats, just like avocados do. Unfortunately they do not meet the healthy oil requirement. But, they're still great to add to your menu, just in moderation. :bcb_wink3
