Molten Banana with Frozen Yoghurt

This is my top secret recipe...my friends die over it...it looks really really cool and your guest will be impressed...it's going to sound really weird but TRUST ME...TRY IT!!!


Take a ripe banana with NO SPLIT in the skin. Clean the banana in the skin.

Put IN THE SKIN on a roasting pan/toaster oven tray/grill. Cook at about 350 for about 45 minutes until skin is completely black. If the skin splits during cooking, take it out or the banana will dry out. Once skin is totally black, it's ready.


Slice the banana length-wise and pooch it out in the skin (looks really cool).


Fill with frozen yoghurt of your choice.


Optional: Drizzle with some kind of Liquor like Sabra or Triplesec or Bailys.

Yoghurt and liquor depends what kind and how much you use.
