Breakfast Challenge, anyone?

Hi All!

 

I have been SO terrible about eating breakfast. I love breakfast. I feel better when I eat breakfast. Did I mention I love breakfast?

 

Then why am I NOT eating breakfast? Because I "don't have time" or "I forget"--LAME!

 

I commit right here and now to eat breakfast every day this week (12/5-->12/11) and I will post it here. :bcb_drill Breakfast will NOT be a cup of coffee. :bcb_drill Breakfast (for me) will involve something I need to chew.

2 tsp Peanut Butter (2)

1 tsp real strawberry preserves (0)

1/2 Apple (0) (my apple was a little icky :-( I ate the good parts)

coffee with Truvia

Kris, I'm not a big breakfast eater either (Just give me my coffee!) so I'll join in.

 

I had an apple and half a banana this morning.

Wed Dec 8: Sorta breaking my "Chewable food" rule with this one.

Mid challenge thought: Funny, all my meals are 7 PPs, that's not planned, but that's how it works out.

Can I join in here?

 

My breakfasts right now consist of 2 packets of oatmeal, either an apple or banana, and maybe some unsweetened almond milk. Filling, but not the greatest and I'm getting tired of the same thing every day.

DD, Sure you can jump in, what do you want to change about your breakfasts? I usually eat the same thing a week at a time.

I usually eat the same thing for a week at a time and this week it is my oatmeal with a sliced banana in it!!!! yummm

Thoughts:

1. the one day I had just a banana was tough, I was really hungry!

2. I like PB2!

3. I feel better when I eat about 7 PP in the morning. Makes the whole day easier.

i am in for the breakfast challenge. i am a lifer who needs to lose 10lb to get back to goal. i lost my weight doing core. i went to a meeting and received all the new material. i am so excited. like the material says "start fresh and forget the old way" i got the calculater, 3 month journal, complete food and resturant guide.

i always plan my meals/snaks.

 

monday whole wheat thin bread 3

2 oz chicken breast 2

mustard 0

 

i tend to eat non-traditional breakfast foods
