Well, I KNOW that I cannot eat perfectly. Whenever I get into a negative number at the end of the day, I am always thankful that I earned 3 AP first thing in the morning. My dogs are happy, too.

I just did a Firm workout for the first time in years. I forgot how much I love it.

My exercise goal is consistency. I am planning on putting it into my calender just like I would every other meeting and treating that time as a relative non-negotiable in my schedule.

It also helps you sleep better, makes it easier to carry in groceries from the car...
