Finished my morning walk. Will try to walk again tonight.

 

Linda and Peggy all I can say is WOW.

Did not get to walk last night because it poured down rain. We needed it.

Walked this morning and will try for another tonight..

The fen was finally reopened (dyke maintenance for a couple of weeks), so I headed out early with Misha. She was one excited hound! Food planned for the day.

Funny thing, Peggy, that we both got excited at the same time about our exercise haunts re-opening. Got a fen walk in this morning. Yeah!

Managed to get a bike ride in yesterday before bed, then was up at 6:30 this morning and took Misha for a 55-minute fen walk. A good start to the day -- looking to finish well.

Did not post here yesterday but I did walk 2 times. Dr.appt. today so I only walked once. Working it.

Got a 45-minute bike ride in yesterday just before supper and a 50-minute walk with Misha this morning. DH is convinced that our bike rides are helping his knees and backs, so I have someone to push me to get out in the evening. That's a good thing:)

Sorry been busy. I skipped the Y yesterday and that does not work well for me. I skipped it again today but did my Leslie Sansone walking video with resistance bands. Did two miles. Also bounced for 15 minutes. Did fine. Drenched in sweat so it must be good.

Day off. Just bounced and will do the walking video soon. Laundry and tons of housework.
