Is lean ground beef a power food?

I think I already know the answer to this and I have checked the materials but feel the need to confirm here. Is 93% lean ground beef a pwer food? I am a little tripped up becuase ground turkey is not. I see on the food lists in the Points Plus pocket guide that a 93% lean beef patty has a green triangle and beneath it is says ground. So I am assuming the 93% lean ground beef is a power food?

Yes it is. Turkey often contains added skin and fat (yuck)!

Yep, you have to buy the 93% ground white turkey There's a big difference!

It needs to be ground turkey breast to be a power food. Yes, 95 and 93% lean ground beef is also a power food.
