We are preparing for a cold front coming through, but I am sure nothing like a lot of you have. At least my heat is fixed after 2 years of no heat, so we are happy as clams. I slipped a bit in a way, last night. Ate at an Italian restaurant and could not find NI on the menu, so had to guess, by searching recipes online, which turns out was not so bad. I did box up 3/4 of the meal for a later time so did not stuff myself. I did share a dessert with with my daughter so now have to look that up, which will be the killer. But I am going to be back on track and make today a better day.

B-poached egg, half whole wheat english muffin (2), fruit spread (1), banana, hot tea.

L-chicken, asparagus, whole wheat couscous

D-Bourbon chicken (2), barley cooked in chicken broth, and broccoli.

Never give up or look back,

Hey buddies!

My weight is steadily going down, but still more than my last few WIs before the holidays.

So instead of PointsPlus - I'm going to do Simply Filling and see how it goes.

0/49 WAPs used - 0 APs earned.

Breakfast: Shredded Wheat with Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk, fresh blueberries and raspberries.

Went to the mall, cleaned some snow - 1 AP earned.

Lunch: Whole Wheat Couscous with spices and grilled zucchini. Pan Fried tofu with Tamari/Sweet Chili Sauce/Rice Vinegar/Lime juice reduction. I used up 2 tsps of oil for sure. I will count 4 WAPs for the chili and additional oil.

Dinner/Snack?: Not much of a dinner, we're heading out for my boyfriend's birthday but I doubt I'll be eating anything, maybe have some sparkling water? ha ha

Had a berry smoothie, with Vega(1) and Almond Milk(2) - 3 WAPs.

ARGH! Didn't plan on eating out, but I stayed out until 2:00 am.I had 2 Perriers for drinks and then some rosemary bread, hummus and bean dip with veggies. So, I'll say 6 for the bread (high estimate), and 3 for the hummus/bean spread as I would just need to think of the oil and tahinni. so 12 WAPs in total today.

I might have something else when I get back in tonight.
