Salad dressing rule

Can someone tell me the salad dressing rule. Are all FF versions power foods now or only certain ones. How to determine if a salad dressing is o.k. to eat or which ones not to eat.

The Simply Filling sheet lists FF Salad Dress under "and other" I think that means it is NOT a power food but can be used without counting pts on the Simply Filling Technique. Like healthy oils. Not a power food but you can use 2tspns on SFT without counting the pts. Hope that helps.

I love the SFT. I hate counting.

Thank you! I missed that on the power food list I guess. I love SFT too. I cannot tie myself down to counting. I was not sure with the changes if FF salad dressing was still acceptable or not. Thanks so very much!!!!

 

 

I went back and looked and I don't even have an "Other" column on my list. I have a column that says "plus more." UGH!!!
