Quinny 10 Posted April 5, 2011 Curse you day 3 of week 5. Attempted it today...I think I am going to edit the program and have a day 2.5 of week 5. I ran 10 minutes, walked 2, ran 1, walked the rest. SheriK 10 Posted April 7, 2011 Doing this program again (third time). W1D2 done today on the treadmill. Walking portion at 3mph. Running portions alternating between 5mph and 6mph. Felt really good to be back at it again. I do so love this program. Somewhere around 14 minutes I thought to myself - I got this one and I knew I would do it. Couldnt wipe the smile off my face. Nice way to start the day.  Karla - good for you - keep us posted!
