SFT 20/365 - Thursday is Thin Thinking Day

Good Morning,

 

Quick start before I head off to make my lunch and get ready for work.

 

Plan for today is

 

B: cooked cereal grains with milk

 

L: spinach salad, brown rice and dal, pear

 

S: bean burger, apple,

 

D: minestrone soup at home and 13 WPA's on non power foods (19/49)

 

 

WPA's 32/49 day 5

 

Have a great day - the weekend is almost here and for all you busy workers I hope that means you get a break?

 

Used hand weights to do 10 each of 4 different upper body exercises. Got to start somewhere and feel like a wet noodle even after as few as that bcb_sad

 

That is my thin thinking for today - build all my resistance muscles!

 

honesty compels me to arrive here late and enter what I just ate after staying up too late and ignoring my tiredness signals

 

weight watchers bagel with peanut butter (7)

pretzels (2)

wine (4)

Good morning Soda - delicious looking menu as always!

I need to start exercise too, real bad. I'm just trying to get some orders done during nights for the past 2 weeks. I think after this weekend, things will be a little less stressful.

I'm a little disappointed because the scale isn't moving much at all - I'm HIGHER than my last recorded weight in December, but lighter than the past 2 weeks... but for all I know - it could just be my upcoming period as well.

 

TARGET 29

19 WAPs used - 1 APs earned

Breakfast: 1 cup Shredded Wheat (4), 1 cup light soy milk (2) and blueberries 6/29

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Jalepeno Bean Poppers with Gauc and Salsa and cheese - a big lunch, I got a long day ahead! 20/29

Dinner: I'm famished today - I wonder if it's PMS :( Grilled Pizza with veggies 12 pts. 32/29

Snack: Cereal with blueberries and soymilk 8 pts. 39/29 [10 WAPs used]

Morning buddies!

 

Walked the dog for just over an hour thsi morning, 6km. Feels like a good workout walking in the snow / slush!!!

 

So far..

D: chicken with WW pasta & veggies

looonnnng day and just getting in.

 

My son wanted a Mcd's milkshake to share with his sister and when we got home I looked up the points (21!!)

 

Ate all the food I had with me for work and liked that about every 3 hours i felt hungry, set up a nice rhythm :bcb_bigsm

 

Hope you all had a productive day? Off to add in my foods to my original menu :salut

I pureed some chiles, peppers, green onions with some chickpeas, and chipotle and then added a little breadcrumb and wheat gluten flour (what makes seitan) and then made little balls out of them and just sauteed them into a pan until they got crispy. Ate them with salsa and guac, was pretty delicious!

hey, those are all the same steps to making veggie bean burgers-

puree, add thickener and cook : )

 

I can tell by your menu's that you like spicy

I LOVE Spicy, ethic foods.

Thai/Mexican/Japanese foods are always on the top of my list.
