Michelle - How are you feeling? Is your issue resolved or are you still thinking of going to the doctor?

I am still snow/iced in for another day. So more housework I think as my office is not sending much real work for me to do. DD is still sleeping and loving all these stay at home days, 3 in row which is so unheard of in Texas.

B-poached egg and apple cinnamon sausage with sauteed mushrooms (8 )

S-Blackberry greek yogurt (6)

L-Potato soup and crackers (5 )

D-TBD ( )

Hi buddies,

Just popping in because I'm considering a switch to SiFi after my WI this weekend and I'm looking around the SiFi boards to get ideas + inspiration.

I've noticed that in both of your menus you are counting points.. is that just to account for the non-SiFi items?

Michelle I noticed that you counted things out of 29 PP. Is that just to keep you kind of in tune with how many PP you are eating per day, even though you don't have to count per se?

Thanks in advance for your help. I'd like to start posting my menu over here when I start SiFi but want to make sure I've got it right :)

Theresa: Not everyone over here is really doing SFT right now, me being one of them. I know Michelle counts points, and Kimberely does too. I am personally eating more dairy from the farm so it is not FF or even RF so I decided it was easier to count than to try to do SFT and run out of WPA every week. Please do join us as some count, some do SFT and we all are just doing the best we can and encouraging each other as we go.

Hi gals - i am back. Couldn't stay away fo rmy planned 2 days.

I had a bad episode with my veggie burgers the past 2 days, and it threw me off, but I am back on track. I clearly added too much vital wheat gluten to my mix. After I made my lunch on Tuesday, I worked the mix and made some fritters for the kids. That was all tasty. They wanted more, so I worked it some more - not for any reason, just to mix the spinach in better - and made more fritters - they were like GUM. Gross, right?? But, not wanting to waste this mix, I made a buger yesterday. I ate it, but kept thinking about the gumminess, and now I feel like my whole digestive system is all gunked up. Niiiiice? Right??!

I am going to do the hot tea suggestion while my kids have their snacks after school.

Anyhow, all I have had to eat were 2 pieces of fruit and some of my smoothie. No appetite at all. Hmmm, maybe I'll make some popcorn.

Anyhow, stay healthy, soo you tomorrow.

Oh, I joined Jazzercise. My first class is tomorrow. I'll go 2x during the week and 1-2x on weekends.

Hey buddies!

We aren't snowed in, the roads have been cleared of the snow that fell yesterday & it's a beautiful sunny day.

I spent most of the day running errands.

B: oatmeal

L tuna on lite bread, orange

D: tbd

Exercise 60 mins dog walking!

Theresa - I love Sifi, and wish it was talked about more in meetings. I find it an easy way to have the whole family eating healthily. I know some buddies are counting, and every now and then I switch it up for a week. Jump in, ask questions & you'll get answers & support!

Hi everyone,

We have a different morning schedule with DS's school change and I am not up to speed on it yet so never had time for my coffee and Internet this morning.

Gorgeous outside - blue sky, clean snow and clear roads. Perfect Canadian winter day :bcb_bigsm

Busy few days a head - attending lots of community music events and a meeting with parents of children with LD's for coffee in the morning They are from

DS's other school but I still want to keep up with them.

B: rainbow smoothie, shredded wheat and milk

L: pasta with sauce and Pesto (2), apple, 4 dates (2), chickpea spinach burger, plain

S: lite toast with soy cream cheese and 2 cookies ( 3), pear and tea

D: 1 egg plus 1 white omlette with spinach and salsa, ff cheese plus 2 slices lite toast

S: don't ask - a trigger food used 13 WPA's, so 20 for today. Total for week 45/49.
