SFT Food Plans Feb 28 - March 6

Breakfast Monday to Thursday

oatmeal, blueberries (from frozen) ff milk

 

Lunch and Snacks Monday - Wed.

homemade hummus, roasted vegetables, vegetarian chili, mandarin oranges, oatmeal

 

Dinner:

Monday: baked falafel, green beans, pineapple,

 

Tuesday: chickpea vegetable stew

 

Wednesday: pasta with vegetables and light Alfredo sauce ( 2)

 

Thursday at a food included conference all day and evening so no idea what there will be to eat. Saving WPA's for this event.

Here is mine for the day. I skipped breakfast, not enough time to take meds, wait to eat and then eat to get out to door and get dd to 8 a.m. class. I hate early classes. I told her never to take an 8 a.m. class again, if I have to drive you there.

D: 1/2 sandwich, 3 x 1 bite dessert, 4 x 1 bite canapes (not fried, fresh vegetable and bean things), 1/3 rice vegetable roll, 1/2 cup dark ale, coffee,

 

S: 1 small slice pizza

Another busy day. Taking DD to volleyball and then to camp and back home and back to get her tomorrow. UGH!!! Haven't eaten out as much this week so haven't used many WPA. Maybe that means a good W/I come Monday.

Where is everyone???? I am posting my day just to say I did. :) I haven't felt well today, worked from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and just could not eat any more than I did. I know I am still a bit short on points but.......
