Springtime Challenge 2011 anyone?

Recommended Posts

CBZoo, it always seems to be that way when "we're" headed into the next , lower weight increment. I am really happy for your weight loss. it does get slower but 145 is yours for the taking. it;s not going anywhere.

I was feeling good, scale into 159 range again but due to stupidity , counting my party drink tonight, I have 3 points for the day. I can use the weeklys but I firmly believe the loss I saw this morning is due to eating 2 P+ under the daily and watching the carbs. I just let my head talk me into thinking this could be my cheat day. OK that was on my chest and it feels good to say it out loud. Now I am thinking 3 p+ for dinner is doable. Keeping my drinks to one tonight will be the hard one.

Phobos... congratulations on holding onto last week's loss! That's not an easy thing to do... generally, it seems that after a significant loss most people bounce up at least a little. Weigh to Go!

Cheryl - good job on getting into the next decade of numbers. Those dang drinks do add up, don't they? Sounds like you have a good plan, though.

Matt - you did good in maintaining! Congrats on reaching your 180 lb or less goal early.

Angel - Hooray for a great loss! That is a great way to start the week! Keep it up.:bcb_march

OMG I forgot to post last weeks' numbers. Jen, the next decade number didn't stick, but it will soon.

Both parents fell this morning and my brother couldn't go bc he was in hospital for tests so...I've been running like crazy. WI gave me some normal. Just taking it one day at a time.

Angel great loss I must say also

Down 0.5lbs on Mon's WI. Bummed as I was down at least 3lbs on Fri but had sodium on Sat and Sun and it spiked up. Will have to wait for next week to bypass my 10% and 20lbs lost.

Checking in: Down 0.2 this week. I am sure feeling a difference in my clothes and will have to go shopping soon for some pants. I'm having to safety pin the waist on all of them because they're too big. Love having that kind of problem!

Checking in for this week. Congratulations to everyone else who lost or maintained!

I'm not dancing up and down, but I am happy. I went to a wedding last weekend among other foodie things, so to lose anything at all seems like a bonus for me. I don't think I'll ever get tired of running into people I haven't seen for a while--the look on their faces is priceless--some hardly recognize me. Oooh... I love it:)

I love getting compliments too although its fewer and fewer these days

Horrible day today with me vs.junk. I tried to make amends with an extra walk, spagetti sqush for supper, outside paint projects but bottom line was I picked some bad food choices:bcb_kick:

Linda - you're doing so great! I know it's not at the pace you would like but I saw your before and after pics and you look amazing! I'm sure it is fun to see people's reaction to your transformation.

Cheryl - glad you got right back on track after your junk food intake. That's the best thing you can do when that happens!

Montana man - Good for you for signing up for a race! Those are always so much fun. You get energy from those around you and it makes running so much more enjoyable. I love Billings - I was born there. Montana is just beautiful so I'm sure you don't run out of great scenery for your outside activities!

Down 1lb this week. Still not to the lowest I saw a week and a half ago before having a couple of high sodium days last weekend. *sigh*

Kimberley, its a loss, celebrate, not "sigh". If you had gained a pound it would be getting a bigger to-do and its not worthy. This loss deserves a hurray!

Mt_Native_Man, congrats on keeping it up for the 5K. Theres a lot of them right now. I just don't have the time, really. Last year, my DSD and I tried to get ready but it was random and my knees... I try to walk and jog alittle and thats fine. But you keep it up.

WTG Cheryl and Kimberley on your losses!

I met my Springtime goal today which was 15lbs. So excited to be having success! I remember how I felt back in March when we started this and I can tell you that I physically feel soooo much better. I have much more energy, I'm in a better mood, I don't have that afternoon "crash" where I get really tired - I could go on and on. I am feeling so good! I will keep on truckin. :bcb_march Still have a ways to go.

WI is tomororw and I got jelly bellys for belated mothers day gift tonight. I purposely left them at the new house to keep from red lighting this.

I can't wait until all the business of getting the place ready for daugher and kids is done and I can spend more time here. I miss BCB and I need to find a new place to post. I hope to get done soon

Cheryl - don't know where my comments to you went, but they're not there! Good move on leaving the jelly belly's out of reach! I love those things.. a bit too much. Glad you're posting here still - not sure where everyone went! It's a busy time of year. BCB sure has helped me a lot so glad that you might get more time to post on this site.
