Gained this week but figured I would. TOM and stress eating. It's progress report/end of school time. I'm done next tuesday but I've got a play in place to get back on track. 2 more weeks until lifetime! :)

Okay, I'm in! I finished the spring challenge exactly where I started, so let's see what I can do with the summer challenge. I've been stuck in a 5-pound range since the end of November, but I really would like to kick off another 10 pounds. We'll see if my body will let me... I get the summer off work, so I can focus fully and up the exercise. Here goes!

Count me in! I weigh-in on Fridays, and my goal for this challenge is to reach my 10% by the first day of Autumn, which is 9/23. I'm ready to have fun....and work! :salut

So, I'm down this week! One more week til Lifetime!!! :p

Unfortunately, i won't be at my "real" meeting next weekend, or my former meeting. I'm a bit upset, but I want to go to a different one anyway. I'll be down the cape with my family for the next week or so :(

Yes, my ticker is being updated. I'm not sure if I have a personal goal or not. I'd always imagined i'd end up lower than this... 140 was my goal for a long time, but my official WW goal is 155.

 

The vacation was horrible (family drama) and so we left last night. I'll make it to my real meeting this week! :)

I am proud of my efforts this past week. Now that I am off work for the summer, I have time to plan and to get out and exercise. I have even started a hiking group for teachers at our school... we had our first hike today, and it reminded me of how much I love getting out into the natural world.

Well, I had a gain this week (2lb) BUT it still kept me UNDER my goal weight and I MADE IT TO LIFETIME!!!!!! :)

 

I'll take the 2lb gain. I was on vacation, it was stressful and i didn't track as well as i should have. I've been back to tracking, measuring and all that since wednesday!

I'm reporting in a day early, as I am going to be out of town and away from a computer for several days. I am happy with the past week even though there isn't a significant loss. My exercise goal is on track (even ahead), and I have not been eating mindlessly or foolishly. I started tracking in writing after doing it in my head for quite some time. That has helped, as I really didn't know the P+ points well enough to track effectively in my head.

I finally got a loss. It's just so long since I have seen the scale go down, but it made me feel so much better. Got my kitchen in order and my meal plan ready to go.

A loss on the scale does make a big difference. It really keeps me going so kudos to you and keep up the good work.
