Accountability: Monday, June 27th-Sunday, July 3rd

I'm posting this for accountability this week. Join in and track, too! :salut Every buddy is welcome. Let's see where we are in a week.

 

Supporting the philosophy: on-program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! :bcbkickbu It works. :salut

 

 

 

Sleep: Good! 8+

 

Exercise: 45 minute fast pole walk

 

Breakfast: Large bed of sliced romaine lettuce, 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries, 1/2 cup red grapes, 1/2 banana diced, 1/2 cup pintos, 2 tsp. Annie's Raspberry vinaigrette (less than 20 calories), 3 walnut halves (using to replace pressed oil) Dee-lish

 

Lunch: 3 cups confetti salad, 1/2 cup pinto beans, 1/2 cup homemade salsa, 1 TBS. Lemon-Tahini-Parsley sauce-1-- soooo good! :bcb_bigsm

 

Dinner: Same as lunch (DH hadn't had it, so I made more); banana "ice cream" (froz banana, 1 TBS. ground flax-1, 2 TBS. raw cashews-2, cinammon and ice and 2 Medjool dates-2; VROOM VROOM in Vita-Mix)

 

Thoughts: Today went well! I'm guessing 6 WAPs used. :bcb_smile :salut

Breakfast: 1 1/2 cups confetti salad (cabbage/carrots/celery/daikon radish/apple), 1/2 cups chopped garbanzo beans, 1 TBS. Lemon-Tahini sauce, 1/4 cup homemade salsa

 

Lunch: 1 cup soymilk in decaf, 1 pint fresh strawberries, plain popcorn (1 tsp. oil to pop)

I wanna join in...restarting the old "Core" today...sorry - don't like the new "Simply Filling". Just doesn't feel right to me :bcb_bigsm

 

Breakfast: Hungry Girls Maui Oatmeal Parfait (2), almond milk, turkey bacon (3)

Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, crackers (3), peach

Supper: Hungry Girls Cheeseburger Mac, Arctic Zero (2)

Snacks: Almonds (2), popcorn, apple

 

Exercise: 25 mile bike ride and 1/2 hour of swimming

 

Will really need to start cleaning up the food - that will definately start tomorrow.
