Berry Delight 1 point per serving

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pint strawberries -- very red

1 medium orange

2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons vermouth -- sweet

 

Wash and hull strawbs., cut each in half. Slice ends off orange, quarter

orange lengthwise. Slice the orange quarters into thin wedges crosswise,

leaving rind on. Put strawberries and oranges in a bowl. mix orange

juice and vermouth and drizzle over fruit mixture, stir to mix. Cover and

chill 2 hours before serving. Taste, and add sugar or sugar substitute if

desired.

Made this again yesterday, Oh boy..is it every good. There's a little left (I hid it in the back of the fridg. for me), and I'm going to have it now.
